WingTsun is a daily joy and a constant challenge!

Why did you start with WingTsun?

Quite simply, I wanted to be able to defend myself! After this was guaranteed, I wanted more and more of WingTsun. It’s just really fun and is now a real need for me.

Why are you still doing WingTsun?

It is never boring or the same. It is always new! It is incredible what ideas are behind the WingTsun. To be able to follow this path is beautiful. The constant change is like a journey into different cultures. You always take something with you and most of the time you don’t become dumber by a journey.
I continue to do WingTsun, because I am now in the 21st year independently with it and meanwhile the grandchildren of the first students train with me. This path was not foreseeable and is therefore all the more beautiful!
WingTsun is not only in the training constantly there. It is always there. It has become “flesh and blood”.

What was your standout WT experience?

There were so many that I can not say. To highlight one, would put others back! In short WingTsun is fun!!!

What changed for you when you received the 1st HG or 5th MG?

At the appointment to the 1st HG I thought, now I know and have understood WingTsun.
When I was appointed 5th MG, I was looking forward to all the other surprises WingTsun still had in store for me.
 In retrospect, it’s funny to understand how little I was aware of at the time. Now I understand WingTsun better. Fortunately, the road is still long! Life is a constant change, WingTsun fortunately also!!!
